Hello

So I had some issues there. Firstly I screwed up my knee again, it took several months to recover. Then I hurt my chest, twice. I didn't know you could damage the cartilage between your ribs... made it hard to get out of bed.
Then I moved to Miami and I'm stationed on a boat. It makes working out hard. Underway it's a pain and the food they give us is crap. I was walking around last patrol and could feel my cheeks shaking as I walked. I decided it was time to get back into the game.
Now, I eat better. Not as good as I used to, but hell of a lot better. Drink way less than I was. 1-3 times a month from 3-4 times a week. I work out most days. I can actually run on the treadmill now. I did 11-12mph for a whole minute after jogging at 7-8mph for 14 mins today. As far as lifting my chest/shoulder/back and arm exercises have gone up but my core and leg exercises are less intense. Also I don't drive my car, I ride my bike everyday. By riding my bike I can justify lesser leg workouts.
That is all for now. I'm getting underway soon, when I'm underway I'm going to try and do the sparticus workouts three to four times a week. When I get back maybe I'll start posting again.
